2. Products: Blind Box & Mystery Item Disclaimer

  • Nature of Products: We sell blind boxes, mystery packs, and other random assortment toys. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree that the specific character, design, or variant you receive is randomized and a matter of chance.
  • No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific, rare, or "chase" figure from any blind box series. We make every effort to ensure that our inventory is mixed according to the manufacturer's stated ratios, but the outcome of any individual purchase is random and not controlled by us.
  • Final Sale: All sales of blind boxes and mystery items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the specific item received.
  • Sealed Condition: To ensure fairness for all customers, we do not accept returns on any blind box that has been opened.
