 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy on returns and exchanges to ensure fairness for all our customers.


Blind Boxes & Mystery Items:

ALL SALES ON BLIND BOXES AND MYSTERY ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for blind boxes because the excitement is in the surprise! We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on the specific figure or item you receive, as this is a matter of chance.


What if my blind box item is defective?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., a figure with a broken limb, a duplicate in a sealed case meant to be assorted, or the wrong series entirely), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement (subject to availability), you must provide:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Photos of the defective/incorrect item.
  3. A short video unboxing the item (if requested) to help us verify the issue.

We will review each case individually and, if validated, will work to send you a replacement for the defective item.


Open/Pre-Ordered Items:

For regular, non-mystery toys that are opened, we cannot accept returns due to the inability to resell the product. For unopened, non-mystery items, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is in its original, sealed packaging and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange for Eligible Items:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@aobifun.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return address if your request is approved.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.


Refunds (If Applicable):

Refunds are only issued for items damaged during shipping or for proven errors on our part (e.g., sending the wrong, non-mystery item). Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
